Description

There is a giant hole in the entrance to the lot at Foushee and Grace Street, which is on the concrete sidewalk. Not only is this a safety issue for pedestrians walking, but it is a vehicle hazard as well. A coworker has already had to replace a tire because of it. Since it is in the sidewalk, the parking lot company says it is the city's responsibility.
