Description

Currently Belmount Road lacks sidewalks and needs a new sidewalk on each side of the road to match the ones at the aroundabout. If this section runs into Chesterfield County the City of Richmond should ask Chesterfield County to fund it Richmond's Public works to build it into the Chesterfield side. Richmond Public works is very fast and cool when it comes to getting new sidewalks built.
