the is a still plate that is in the street between Manchester Flat Apartments and Harlon Planting company. citizen hit plate it bounced car into the hole it was cover and citizen hit knee . citizen feels it damaged bottom of vehicle.

    Investigation into this request found no steel plate present. The plate that was at this location was place by Water Distribution, however work is complete and asphalt has been restored
