Description

“Don’t Block the Intersection” signs at Monument and Lafayette and Monument and Kent Road. Per residents, it has always been tough to get in and out of the neighborhood at rush hours, but with the addition of the detour to 95, it is now difficult to get in and out most any time of the day, as eastbound traffic on Monument backs up nearly to Malvern.
