Description

Stop light is malfunctioning- at Forest Hill Ave and Hathaway Rd- Turning lane arrow lights are malfunctioning on both sides. Vehicles are running through the red lights. Arrows direct traffic coming from food lion Parking lot and on Hathaway Rd.
