Description
Good Afternoon. Follow up on original submission , Request: DPW000010209. In answering the prompts above, I'm not sure if this is a causal relationship by tree roots or not. And, not sure this is a "Danger to Person or Property", as far as an imminent problem, but it could be in the near future. This situation is also dangerous during heavy rains or slow drainage issues. The sidewalk/curb is jacked up causing water to pile up resulting in flooding on sidewalk and property. Thank you.
