Description

Could the City of Richmond look at extending the existing sidewalk that dead ends on the side of River Road heading towards Cary Town. The current end of sidewalk on this side of the road is at Chatham Square. Also could the city look at putting in a 6 foot wide bike lane along the road between the new sidewalk and street along this dangerous section of road.
