Description

This is the strangest and funnest looking section of sidewalk in Richmond. The existing sidewalk leading from Grove Ave to Andrews Lane has ramps and pedestrian count downs at Grove Ave but the 135 foot long sidewalk is only a foot or two wide. The sidewalk is so narrow and strange that it is blocked by a pedestrian crossing sign and a power pole that is as wide as the sidewalk. The sidewalk needs have a new 5 to 6 foot wide sidewalk built along it to to bring it up to none silly standards.
