Description
Walmsey Blvd needs a new 5 foot sidewalk running along it from the current end of sidewalk at the four lane section to the Chippenham Parkway. If the new sidewalk is built the City of Richmond could help Chesterfield County extend the new sidewalk to the existing sidewalk at the intersection of Turner Road and Walmsey Blvd
