Hello, we appreciate all you do so much! There must be some kind of water leak on the sidewalk outside of 21 N. 29th St. (or thereabouts). There is a puddle there pretty much 100% of the time, even when it hasn't rained, so I think water from the city system may be leaking out there and bubbling up to the sidewalk. It creates a perennially wet or icy patch but may be indicative of a large pipe problem underneath, so it'd probably be good to fix it before it gets worse. Thank you so much!
