Description

There is consistently an abundance of water in the alley way behind Stuart Ave and Kensington Ave (connecting Lafayette St and Reveille St) making it nearly impossible to drive a vehicle down it. This has been doing on for quite some time. Can some gravel be put down to help with this water issue?? Thank you in advance!
