Description
Warped pavement and potholes dominate South Hamilton Street between Grove Avenue and Cary Street Road. It is a heavily traveled corridor connected to the Grove Avenue exit southbound on the Powhite Parkway. Warping is significant in places and unlevel filled potholes are a public danger.
