Description
The Manchester neighborhood is in desperate need of more parking enforcement. You can hardly see down Bainbridge Street if you are trying to turn onto the street because people are continuously parking directly in front of STOP signs or directly up to the corner of the intersection. There was one parking zone sign put up after a recent accident at 13th & Bainbridge but it was only put on one side of the street. These signs NEED to be put up on all sides and at ALL intersections on Bainbridge.
