Description

Consider allowing the left turners from Stony Point Pkwy to southbound Chippenham Parkway to yield on solid green or flashing yellow. The only time left turns are allowed is during the green arrow, and traffic often gets backed up here during rush hour. Traffic volumes are low and speed is slow in this area, so it seems like a good location for it. The light going to northbound Chippenham Pkwy already has it.
