Description
The City needs to build a classic 1920's wide 8 to 10 foot wide sidewalk with a curb and gutter and maybe a bike lane in the street following Huguenot Road on the side leading towards Chesterfield County between Old Spring Road and the James River. I've always found it strange how their are no sidewalks along Huguenot Road leading out from the city's main sidewalk system itself but the James River Bridge has sidewalks. The Huguenot Bridge is the last major pedestrian crossing of the James River
