Description

There is a section of the alley that is in very poor shape. There are two 90 degree turns, so I guess when vehicles travel, it causes large holes. There are easily 5-10 holes in the entire block of this alley, and cars frequently bottom out, and water always collects when it rains. Alley is not operable for most cars (only trucks/SUV's)
