Description

Met with Arborist February,2019 to look at property held by the City at Abbey Road and the southbound ramp to art 150 off of Huguenot Rd. This property hasn't been maintained. There are many dead trees that had been used for screening. Dominion has cut back debris from their power lines leaving a big mess. Underground lines installed but there has already been a major power outage due toa dead tree falling on the lines. The property has many invasive trees (Tree of Haven) and vines killing.

mall evergreen trees will be removed as time allows. The area in question at the end of the cul-de-sac has been used by the residents as a dumping ground for yard waste. This will not be cleaned up by the city. Due to higher priorities this issue has been delayed.
