Description

a dead tree in front of 112 N Nansemond is very dangerous. it is totally dead, roots have raised the sidewalk, making it very dangerous to walk on the sidewalk, especially for me, as I am an 80 year old handicapped person trying to get some walking exercise. in addition, while walking today, a dead branch fell in front of me and basically disintegrated because it was so old and dead. it did not hit me, but what about next time?? this tree is a danger and needs to be removed asap, if not sooner.
