Description

Along Huguenot Road between the Chippenham Parkway when you are driving towards the Huguenot Bridge their is a 50 to 60 foot tall pine tree that looks like it's dead or dying and it's with in 30 feet of the road. The pine tree looks like it's missing it's bark it should at least get looked at with it being so close to Huguenot Road and it being so big.
