Description

A new 5 foot sidewalk and curb and gutter running along Cary Street on the lanes heading towards the James River would be a nice feature. The City should look into protecting the little pull off parallel parking spaces that are on the side of the road in front the people's homes. The parked cars could help protect pedestrians.
