Description
This request is for unsightly overgrown vegetation on City of Richmond property, with vegetation now out into roadway and small trees growing in the cobblestone gutter. A storm drain on the corner is overgrown. Everyone else on the block maintains their property. The city needs to take care of its little part as well.
