Description

Citizen called stating there are trucks on her street and behind her cutting limbs out of lines. She is requesting that they also cut her limbs. I explained to her it may not be Urban Forestry if the limbs are in lines. I will give the information to an Arborist to inspect.

I called Ms. Franklin back to let her know that I had opened a Service Request and sent an email to the Arborist. During our conversation Ms. Franklin did mention that the cutting cutting is behind her house and that she did have an alley. I gave Ms. Franklin the 800 # for Dominion because it may be a crew from Dominion if its in the alley.
