Description

Two restaurants are piling trash in the alley behind 102 S Arthur Ashe boulevard. Momotaro Sushi and Moms Siam. There are boxes and trash overflowing the bins and this is an ongoing problem. I have seen numerous rats in the garbage. When the recycling bins are full they just throw the trash and boxes in the alley on the ground.
