citizen has former request Dpw000043773 the tree is on the side of 1101 Mt Erin drive. the front of house faces union street. the limbs are hanging in yard. the branches are hanging over in yard from mount Erin drive . Citizen would like receive a call when the arborist comes out so she can show him the tree. Please before 10.00 mon -thru or Friday citizen is off

Called citizen and left her a voicemail message that I received her call and had given the information to the Arborist.

Arborist Michael Staton spoke with the resident by phone and explained the trees on her property meeting our specifications in terms of being appropriate distance from her home and limb level over the property. The arborist explained how she can follow the variance process and encouraged her to do so.
