Description
I have previously submitted this: DPW000038380. City arborist who obviously never even eyeballed the situation based on his asking if the tree was inside my fence, which it is not. The property on the land survey shows it to be Undeveloped, 44th Street. It is the site of an old City spring which has a concrete slab, wall and piping. Tree has caused damage to my property on multiple occasions and poses further dangers. It is disintegrating rapidly.

- Staff · January 24, 2020Urban Forestry is having the land surveyed to determine if the tree is in the right of way. Information is being gathered on how to perform the removal if it's deemed necessary to do so by the land survey.

This tree has been determined to be on private property and is not the city's responsibility to remove. I left avoicemail for the resident on Tuesday and have not heard a response. I will try again today. Thanks!
