Description
Sidewalk is uneven across front of Church building. Congregation is elderly and water pools in various places on sidewalk, then freezes creating hazardous conditions. Also, many congregants are in walkers or cannot move well, and surface is too bumpy to be safe for them. Elderly from Bowler Retirement Home also use sidewalk at bus stop. Sidewalk needs re-bricking from Leigh to Clay along 25th ST.
