Description

Traffic lane sign is missing on Southbound Lombardy at Brook Rd. Street changes from a 4 lane to 2. At night or when foggy motorist do not know to shift right because the sign is missing. I hit the median and destroyed a tire because of not being aware of the lane shift on a foggy night. Median strip should also be painted floresent yellow so that it is seen!! Note photos
