Description
We have called and asked about this before, but there is a No Parking, Loading Zone sign in front of our residential property. It has not been a commercial property during the past decade. DPW has not removed the sign as requested, and a parking ticket has been issued to residents of the property. Thanks, John Wack, City of Richmond Director of Finance
