Description

The pedestrian countdown timer is not working on one of the pedestrian signals at the intersection of E Broad Street and N 4th Street. This pedestrian signal is the signal for pedestrians traveling west on E Broad Street on the left side of the street. The countdown timer is broken but the white walk light and red don't walk light are still working.
