Description

The pedestrian countdown timer is not working on 2 of the pedestrian signals at the intersection of W Franklin Street and N 7th Street. These pedestrian signals are the signals for pedestrians traveling east on E Franklin Street on both sides of the street. The countdown timer is broken but the white walk light and red don't walk light are still working.
