Description
If you’re on Dinwiddie headed east, the light at Commerce is not cycling through (ie turning green) properly. During the day it seems fine, but at 10 o’clock at night when my husband is leaving for work, he says he will sit through three cycles of red green for the Commerce side, and his light never changes. He’s careful to stop at the line in the hopes of triggering the sensor. Sometimes a car will stop in the opposite direction and that helps trigger, but not if he’s by himself. Please look into the nighttime programming for that light. Thank you!
