Description

RVA 311 took care of a dead branch last week #(DPW000043734) on this same TREE. In the past year, a car parked under it got damaged by a dead branch. It is half dead and has a LARGE extended branch that covers the Floyd Ave/ Shields major intersection. This will continue to be a problem, until nature downs it. Thanks
