Description
Requesting a speed bump/ditch or other traffic calming measure for S. Colonial Avenue, which is being used as a thru street instead of traffic utilizing Arthur Ashe Boulevard. With anticipated traffic increase from John B Cary Elementary rezoning, this street has become dangerous for families with small children, Carytown visitors and neighbors walking dogs. Traffic exceeds the posted speed limit to get to Cary Street to “beat the light” at Idlewood and Arthur Ashe Boulevard.
