Description

They need to look at building a 4 to 6 foot wide 0.8 mile long concrete or brick sidewalk along River Road from Collage Road to River Road. The City of Richmond could also look into asking Henrico County to help build or fund the section of Henrico County that makes a dent into the City limits across River Road,. The new sidewalk could also lay the ground work for Henrico County to extend the sidewalk along River Road in the future.
