Description

The alley bordered by Boulevard, Mulberry, Grove and Hanover is in terrible condition, especially the section between Hanover Avenue and the middle of the alley. This alley serves a lot of apartments, houses and a VMFA staff parking lot. My house is 2702 Grove Avenue, but the worst part of the alley is next to 2705 Hanover Avenue.

    er J Johnson this is part asphalt and gravel alley, there are 3 asphalt holes and the gravel part needs grading.
