Description
Alley behind 2000 block of Grace St appears to have a water pipe leaking as ~50% of the alley (in the center) is always wet. This has caused a rather large dip to form in on portion of the alley (just east of Savory Grain parking lot exit) and a rather significant hole in another portion of the alley (towards west side of Savory Grain parking lot exit, near dumpster that Broad shops/restaurants).
