Description

there is a large area where the cobblestones have sunk and large amounts of water pool up during any rains that we get. It also effects the sidewalk.People have to walk in the road in order to avaoid the the large pools of water. In the summer insects congregate and multiply in the water. This is the 8th year I have requested this be fixed.
