Description
I wanted to follow up regarding ticket DPW000016995 submitted almost a year ago (Jan 23 2019). The street in front of my house has a manhole and a sewer hole both way below the surface. City buses and big truck hit these holes and shake my entire house which causes walls to break (several crack already). Please, help as this has been already a year of waiting... The original ticket was closed as completed but the work has NOT BEEN PERFORMED. I waited a year to a ticket to be just closed without any help with the issue. The was another manhole (50ft away) that was fixed but my issue was skipped. Please, do not close this ticket based on the prior one as the job was never performed and the issue remains at it was in January 2019.
