Description

The tree roots are causing the bricks on the side walls to become loose, creating a tripping hazard. The bricks then obstructing the walk way are not maintaining an ADA friendly pathway for individuals with walking devices to be able to walk.

This location was re-inspected on 6-28-2024. Two 10' x 10' sections of brick are lifted from tree roots. The repair will be conducted according to the rating system and safety hazard concerns.
