Description

There is a very unsightly litter problem created by a homeless citizen(s) camping under the bridge connecting South 10th Street and the Dominion Energy substation that traverses the Canal Walk just west of Casa Del Barco. It's tragic that there are those who must sleep outdoors in our city but at least they could keep their sheltered areas clean.
