Description

Cross Walk markings and signs stating "Pedestrians Have the Right of Way" at all corners along Roseneath in Scotts Addition. Also, when turning west onto Broad off Roseneath post right turn pattern signs at that corner diagramming how the two west bound lanes turn into two lanes, not three, on Broad St. Post very noticeable and obvious Pulse lane signs.

    Several intersections along Roseneath have crosswalk markings. This includes Clay St, Leigh St and Morris St. For Roseneath turning onto Broad St we have pavement arrows and overhead signs showing the lane usage.
