    Left VM for citizen. COR does not plant, nor maintain, nor remove, trees in alleys, nor do we maintain overhead utility lines. Responsibility for alley tree maintenance belongs to the closest property owner. Citizen advised to contact utility company as needed for line maintenance.Urban General Complaint
