    It is our understanding that the Supreme Court building extends below the sidewalk and does not allow for additional ADA accommodation at this time on the north side of 9th St. Also, the Supreme Court hasplans for renovation which will probably impact the sidewalk usage. I spoke with a representative in the Department of General Services and they acknowledged the need for ADA ramps. Two signs currently note the crosswalk prohibition. I advised the Parking Division of buses blocking the existing handicapped ramp on 9th St at Franklin St and they will plan to enforce as they observe this.
