Citizen's daughter called Ms. Smith to confirm if she can cut the trees behind the house. I told her that per comments previously, the Arborist spoke with her mother and told her those are private trees and she could do what ever she wanted with them. Ms. Hill said thank you. She just wanted to be sure before she started work on them.
