Caller states that urban forestry came out and removed and tree and grind a tree stump and left dirt on the monkey grass taking away all the greenery; he would like to speak with someone

    Spoke to Mr. Hockaday by phone. This is pertaining to removal of 3 trees on E. Leigh St. in Church Hill. Mr. Hockaday is upset by the recent removal of trees on his block, leaving the landscape barren andunappealing. He would like to see the city do more to maintain trees and greenery for the benefit of the citizens and he is very frustrated that his own efforts "were destroyed". I asked him if he would like me to have the arborist serving this community to return his call, he did not, but thanked me for doing so.
