Description

A tree was uprooted during a recent storm. (Within last two months or so.) The tree was on the city easement. The city removed the tree the next day. However, there is a gaping uneven hole where the tree was. This hole is uneven with jagged tree stump edges sticking up everywhere. This is in an area where people routinely walk and get in and out of vehicles. The tree stump needs to be completely removed and the ground filled in. This is a very serious health hazard. This is a broken foot, ankle, or leg just waiting to happen.
