Description

The sidewalk in front of my house is not flat. One is slab is stick up with a 4 inch tripping hazard on the walkway to my front door. The sidewalk is Richmond property per the property lines marked by Richmond City. I don't want to liable for any litigation if someone trips on it so I'm doing my due diligence, please repair as soon as possible.

It appears that the damage is within the citizen yard. He states that it is not. I will run this information up the chain and get further instuctions.
