Description

There is a gas/water pipe that is exposed at least 6 inches up in the middle of the roadway at Roanoke Street and Dunston Avenue in Forest Hill. I drive over it every day, but it is metal and can very easily slash a tire. It has been stuck in up in the street since the middle of last year.
