Description
The pedestrian crosswalk signal at the intersection of New Kent and Westover Hills Boulevard when pressed does not cause the traffic signal to turn green to allow passage across the intersection. When the pedestrian signal is activated, it only stays on for approx. 11 seconds, which is not nearly enough time for the average citizen to cross from one side of Westover Hills Boulevard to the other. Also, the covers for the traffic signal buttons are missing.
