Description

The alley behind 3531 Grove Ave is in need of gravel - large holes that are tearing up vehicles. It is going to be impossible to drive down this alley if it ices and snows this winter. Need gravel and grading. This is the alley parallel to Grove Ave and Floyd Ave that runs from N Thompson St to N Nansemond St.
